Stirring the political soup-Bolton as Ambassador to the UN

Well im not sure which part was more controversial the nomination or the recess appointment of Bolton to the UN as US Ambassador. Senate Democrats could have another crack at him when the current term of congress expires at the end of 2006. Bolton is President Bush's most high profile recess appointment in his administration. Bush has had over 100 recess appointments since taking office.
